Working with Moe has completely changed my mind about what I’m able to achieve with my mind and body. When Moe and I started working together, I knew he would be the guy to get me ready for my first show, but I had no idea how awesome that ride was gonna be. Finally deciding to make the step to committing to a healthier lifestyle with Morgan's help is hands down the best decision I've ever made. Prior to signing up, I was never consistent. I saw small changes in body composition, but nothing long lasting. I was nowhere close to achieving the goals I had in mine. Morgan changed that. He made me a meal and workout plan that was achievable for my lifestyle and goals, but still pushed me to new levels of perseverance time and time again. Having weekly check-in's keeps me consistent and helps me see the progress I've made. Before Morgan started coaching me, I was working out for about 4-5 years on and off. I knew i just wasn’t getting the results I should have been getting. It was a combination of poor nutrition as well as not fully understanding certain aspects of my training. I went to Morgan, he asked me my goals I wanted to achieve and we set a timeline for these goals. He took all things into consideration for me especially with my job being offshore working on a boat- month on month off rotation with limited access to gym equipment and no full control over my meals as they are cooked for us daily. His coaching for me both on shift and while home helped push me each and every day to achieve my goals. He was easy to talk too, understanding of all my limitations and always just a message away if I had a question, concern or needed a little extra motivation on certain days. Weekly check-ins and constant updates and adjustments to my plans helped achieve the results I wanted. He taught me to trust the process - that consistency is key. Then we set new goals to achieve. He got me where I wanted to be and continues to push me to my limits!

It is both a privilege and honour to be able to write a testimonial for Morgan. I contacted Morgan in January 2019 to help me reduce the amount of weight I had recently put on. At this time I was the heaviest I have ever been, 230 lbs. I felt so large and uncomfortable with my body that I began to sink into a spiral of bad eating habits and going to the gym feeling as though I was getting nowhere with it. At this point I felt I needed a miracle, after speaking to Morgan he asked about what types of food I enjoyed eating, exercises that I liked, and general health information. After our first conversation I felt my spirits had been lifted, feeling motivated to take on whatever challenges were put in front of me while trusting the process. Throughout the next 6 months, I was able to cut my weight down by 30 lbs with a routine specifically designed for me. I had never felt better in my life, I had so much energy being able to work 12 hr shifts as a Nurse and still hit the gym afterwards. We ought to demand the best from our personal trainers and Morgan is the best. He is of course, highly professional, and knowledgeable and has the education and certificates to back him up. Caring, supportive, encouraging, a great sense of humour, he will push you to your limit and you will love it. When I reached out to Morgan, I had never tried any form of personal training or nutrition coaching before. I was frustrated by my inability to reach my goals, even though I was spending hours in the gym and eating pretty well. Through working with Morgan I learned there is a big difference between eating well and eating for a goal, which has been revolutionary for me personally. I have struggled with learning proper nutrition, portion size, and self-control and this time with Morgan gave me a new, much more healthy, relationship with food. I had some setbacks and weeks when I was nervous to check-in, but Morgan NEVER shamed me for slip-ups and instead helped me see them as learning points. I’m so endlessly grateful. I eat a plant-based diet, which is very far from what many of Morgan’s other clients eat, and I was a little concerned if he would be able to accommodate that. If you are worried about that, don’t be! My meals were delicious, filling, easy to shop for, and easy to prepare, which I greatly appreciated, and it made it so much easier to stick to the plan! On top of nutrition coaching, I also followed a workout plan tailored to meet my own personal goals and it was shocking to watch how it transformed my figure, even though I was already a regular gym goer. It gave me the confidence to try new things and also taught me a lot of new exercises. I loved my workout plan and was so sad I couldn’t continue it once the gyms (understandably) closed for the pandemic and was so excited that he was able to make me an equally enjoyable and effective one I can do from home with very limited equipment. Whether you need help with nutrition, general fitness, or both, I cannot recommend Morgan enough! His coaching was the best gift I have ever bought myself.

My husband - who was already a client - introduced me to Morgan in January of 2019. He signed me up for a 2-months to see if I could continue my goals of getting back to shape, or in better shape than I was before I had kids. I had previously lost close to 40 lbs, but I wasn’t happy with the way I looked and more importantly, felt about myself. Within the first month of being with Morgan, I began to feel better: physically and emotionally. He worked with me to come up with something that would fit my lifestyle as a mum and a teacher: my meal plans were easy to follow and Morgan made sure it was foods I actually LIKED to eat! Morgan was my trainer for my first bikini competition! I’d like to point out being 31, and loosing 240lbs plus! This definitely wouldn’t seem like an easy task to me. But Morgan was prompt with a response, and he was happy to help me achieve my goals. He was informative, professional, knowledgeable and funny. All in which is important for any life goal. He kept me grounded, and his words resonated with me every time I walked into the gym! They kept me motivated. “Not only was I going to compete, I was going to be competitive”. I placed 5 over all in true novice, I was pleased. I recommend Morgan for any goal, or fitness plans you may want to start!

Morgans extent of knowledge in the field has provided me with a very great result and understanding of how important exercise and a Clean Diet can be. It's been a long time goal of mine to compete but found myself lacking the proper balance between food and weightlifting. I'd often start the process and give up after lengthy periods of no results and fell back into the same routine of fluctuating weight. Six months of hard work, determination and a great trainer I have not only participated in my first competition, but I have been able to maintain my desired weight well after the competition. It was definitely a lot of hard work and moments of frustration and morgan was there every step of the way to reassure and push me to my highest potential.
