Why Me?
My interest in the fitness industry began at an early age. I grew up playing competitive sports and after high school I continued that trend of playing in recreational city leagues. That level of competition was never serious enough and left me searching for more, I missed the feeling of training for a higher level of competition. I found bodybuilding and I knew I was in the beginning stages of filling that void.
Most bodybuilders don’t get into the sport at a young age due to the discipline and sacrifice it requires to stay on a strict diet and training schedule. Luckily, I found my way out of the party scene at the age of 20, and it was then I decided to commit myself to the process of becoming a competitive bodybuilder.
Four years of competing at the regional level allowed me the necessary muscle mass and maturity to compete on a national stage. Those four years of grueling contest prep, I began to learn about my body and what was optimal for me in terms of training, diet, and supplementation. Gaining the valuable knowledge from my competitive experience inspired me to begin taking on personal training and online clients in 2014.
I quickly acquired my Can Fit Pro Personal Training certification which has allowed me to complete dozens of courses based around nutrition and exercise physiology over the last 6 years. Since then I’ve been fortunate enough to help over 250 clients with their own fitness and health related goals. Every client I’ve worked with over the years provides endless opportunities to learn more about working with people from all different walks of life.
I welcome the challenge to adapt nutrition and training programs to suit their unique lifestyles. One of the most important things about starting any new nutrition/training regime is ensuring it will work conveniently with the client’s schedule. That it something I take pride in when designing my 100% custom online programs.

do you take on vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian cleints?
Yes, I have experience working with all of the above diet types.
Do I get a cheat meal every week?
Depending on the goal I usually prescribe my clients one cheat meal per week depending on their progress. I prefer clients have their cheat meal on the same day we do the weekly
updates, so it has the least effect on the following weeks update.
I have a very busy schedule. Is it possible for you to design a plan for me that works around my lifestyle?
Yes, absolutely! I specialize in designing plans to work around all types of schedules whether it’s due to shift work, being a busy mom, a traveling business person, I have you covered!
I am lactose intolerant; do I have to use protein powder if I work with you?
Absolutely not. Protein powder can be a useful supplement, but it is certainly not necessary to have in any diet in order for it to be successful. In most cases, whole food sources are the
better choice!
I have limited training equipment to work with. Can you still design an effective training plan for me?
Absolutely! With my 8+ years or personal training and online coaching experience I have designed training plans for people that have ZERO equipment. Whatever you have to work with
we will make the best of it!
I'M A PICKY EATER, WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE FOODS YOU PRESCRIBE IN THE MEAL PLAN?
When you fill out the questionnaire you will outline foods that you like to eat and also foods you do not like to eat. I will then construct your meal plan based off of the foods that you enjoy eating. If at any time throughout the process you get sick of eating any specific foods on the plan, I will do my best to switch them out for something else.

How do I send updates and what do they entail?
Updates are required once per week and can be sent on an agreed form of communication upon our initial consult. They entail morning body weight, morning pictures (front, back, side), along with a briefing of how the week went (missed meals, missed workouts, unprescribed cheat meals, etc.). From these updates I make adjustments to the meal and training plans to ensure continuous progress towards your goals.
Do I need to take the prescribed health /nutrition supplements? Or is following the meal plan good enough?
Supplements certainly play an important role in ensuring all of someone’s nutritional needs are being met, however following the meal plan and training plan are definitely the priority.
