I responded quickly and got results fast, so I kept doing it! I then learned that to look like Arnold, Dennis Newman, Kevin Levrone, etc., just doing push-ups was not going to cut it. These guys were competitive bodybuilders.

It made sense I would have to compete also to look like them.

I joined a gym and told the owner, “I want to compete in bodybuilding.”

First show at 16 years old and Pro card at 26.

Then my past demons got a hold of me and I went on a dark path… I realized only once I was already there. It was too late. Addiction got me good, but as they say, if you are in Hell, keep walking!

After many relapses, being homeless, losing all my sponsors, most relationships destroyed, a lot of suffering and 5 rehabs, I was back! Clean and sober since May 28th, 2021.

With the gifts of recovery came 2 IFBB PRO wins, 2 Mr. Olympia participations and 7th place at the Arnold Classic.

The greatest reward is my growing family. My wife, my son and the new one coming in a few weeks as I am writing this!

My goal now is to keep improving as a bodybuilder/athlete, all while getting better as a human and father! So let me help you do the same, or reach whatever goal you have!
